Jocelyn and Christopher were on vacation in Quebec with some of their friends. They decided to go to see some waterfalls while there, and while on the bridge hanging over them, Jocelyn looked over and saw Chris down on one knee. He proposed after 3 months of dating. When you know you know. It was one of the most beautiful places, like a scene out of a movie. They met through a mutual friend. Funny thing is, his brother had been doing work on Jocelyn’s house for years and Chris had actually done work as well and we never even knew. They even lived a street apart from each other at one point. Years later their paths finally crossed and they actually met.

Favorite Part of Wedding Planning
“My favorite part of wedding planning was putting all of the little details together. Picturing how th tables would look or how the pictures were going to look with the beautiful views behind us up in the White Mountains.”

Tear Jerking Story from their Wedding
“Chris was crying before I even showed up to the church. He was so excited and anxious he just lost it. Then when I came down the aisle it all started over again. We even have pictures of me wiping the tears from his face.”

Funny Story from their Wedding
“One if my best friends, Jared, went up for the bouquet toss. He actually caught it. My cousins husband had to put the garter on his leg. They had me on the floor in stitches.”

The Story Behind their Favorite Wedding Photos
“My favorite photos are on the beautiful Crystal lake. It was right behind our church and Krista just posed then out perfectly. But I also LOVE the candids. They make me smile everytime I see them because you can just see how much fun everyone was having. Everyone’s faces just looked like pure joy and happiness and Krista captured it perfectly.”

“We used Krista. She was AMAZING. She made us smile the whole day with her personality and she just made things so easy. She had some really pretty and unique ideas that I never would’ve thought of. Our reception venue had a giant chess set and she took out the king and queen and had us stand in their place. Those pictures are some of my favorites.”

We even got the photos so quickly that we got to look at then while on our honeymoon which really helped pass the time waiting in lines at Disney. I wouldn’t have wanted it to go any other way.”

Why should you be chosen as the CP Couple of the Year?
“I think we should be chosen as CP Couple of the year because our day was so magical and different. We had a rustic wedding in the Mountains with a birch tree cake and tree stumps and chalkboard for table centers, but also had Mickey ears in our pictures for our honeymoon. You can see all the happiness in that day portrayed through our pictures and it still makes us look back on our special day and remember every moment.“
