Kelsey and Chris went to the equestrian barn that Kelsey grew up riding it. She didn’t know it, but he had set up for her favorite horse to have the ring around his neck when they got there. She was completely surprised since he had only met the owners of the barn a couple of times. Needless to say, it worked perfectly. They met with their mutual friends during the end and right after college.

The Story Behind their Favorite Wedding Photos
“Two of these photos are now our social media profile pictures as well as being framed on our desks at work. The one with us standing on the rock wall is a location that our photographer Rich found and ended up being the photo that we framed for our parents. It also happened to be an almost identical shot to one my parents took on their wedding day, standing at a rock wall with the ocean in the background, which we only found out about after. The picture of us standing nose to nose is one of the first pictures taken after our vows, and we were saying to each other “I can’t believe we’re finally married”.“

Why should you be chosen as the CP Couple of the Year?
“Neither of us have been to the Bahamas and it was one of the options we looked at for our honeymoon. The date of the cruise would be an excellent opportunity to celebrate being married for one year, and my wife will be very surprised if we win since I haven’t told her that my plan is to take her to our other potential honeymoon trip for our 1 year anniversary.“
