How they met!

“A friend tried setting us up, and I was done with men and kept refusing. They invited him out one night, and they all stepped outside and we started talking. I actually made a $100 bet with him that first night that I would never date again. In my vows I called interference, so he is not getting that $100. We started talking and just never stopped. There was an instant connection and attraction. Here we are 2 years later, and we haven’t even had one argument.”

The Proposal

“I was at his cousin’s house and he was getting ready to purpose, and then my mom called. I guess he was standing there staring at me, and my friend kept trying to get me off the phone and I didn’t know why. She then gets out her camera to start recording, and i had no clue why so I start doing goofy poses for her laughing. Next thing i know he gets down on one knee after saying, ” I guess you lost the bet.”

D.I.Y. Details
“We did all flower arrangements and bouquets yourself. We bought fall calla lilies because they are my favorite flower, and implemented fall flowers and leaves. We made all of our own center pieces using pieces of trees, Mason jars with our pictures on it, and little candle lanterns.”
